DELIVERY SERVICES

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to STUDIO BOHEME PARIS. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

STUDIO BOHEME PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including in particular in the event of a total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications). 

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed online via the fr.studioboheme-paris.com site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The processing and preparation time for an order is 1 to 3 working days. Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the Customer can take into account the delivery times of the carriers announced below.

STUDIO BOHEME PARIS informs its Customers that these shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer when the Products are shipped, provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error. 

TRANSPORT TIMES

Transport times depend on the carrier chosen by the Customer and the place of delivery.

STUDIO BOHEME PARIS informs Customers of the deadlines announced by the chosen carrier, for information only. The shipping costs are calculated according to the country of delivery at the time of the basket and are definitively confirmed according to the mode of transport and the delivery destination chosen, before the final validation of the order.

However, STUDIO BOHEME PARIS informs its Customers that the announced deadlines do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times can be as follows:

- If the products are available, the delivery time is equal to the time indicated when taking the order in the delivery mode section.

 

DELIVERY MEANS IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Delivery by Mondial Relay (usually observed time of 48 hours)

This delivery method allows the customer to receive his package in the Mondial Relay closest to his home within 24 to 72 hours from Tuesday to Saturday excluding public holidays. The order must be placed Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. for delivery from the next day after noon (except public holidays). Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday inclusive, will be delivered from Tuesday afternoon. The customer is notified by e-mail as soon as the parcel arrives in the Mondial Relay. The package remains available for 10 working days and 14 calendar days. Beyond this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Standard delivery by Colissimo (usually observed time of 48 hours)

This method of delivery allows the Customer to receive his package within 48 hours of dispatch thanks to the Post Office and the Colissimo service (excluding order processing and preparation time which can take from 1 to 2 days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. The costs incurred for this option depend on the total weight and volume of the items ordered.

The parcel is taken care of by the Post Office and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. In the event of absence during delivery, a transit advice note is left at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect their package from the nearest post office. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In the event of non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to STUDIO BOHEME PARIS, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

Express delivery by Chronopost (usually observed time of 24 hours)

This delivery method allows the Customer to receive his package within 24 hours of dispatch thanks to Chronopost (excluding order processing and preparation time which can take 1 to 2 days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The costs incurred for this option depend on the total weight and volume of the items ordered.

The parcel is taken over by Chronopost and delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Customer must ensure that when ordering, he correctly informs the conditions of access to the place of delivery (code, building, floor, door, etc.), as well as a telephone number where the Customer can be easily reached. In case of absence, a transit advice note is left at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect his package at the address and according to the methods indicated by the carrier. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In the event of non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to STUDIO BOHEME PARIS, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

The delivery times that we indicate are indicative and those generally observed. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a longer period than those indicated.

MEANS OF DELIVERY OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE

In Europe and abroad, delivery is made via various carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, etc. The costs incurred depend on the country of destination, the weight and the total volume of the items selected. CONDITIONING

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFICATION OF PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT

DELIVERY DELAYS RELATED TO THE CARRIER

In the case of a delay in delivery in relation to the deadlines announced by the carriers, the Customer must first contact the carrier or its distribution office in the case of La Poste, to see if the package is not pending. It happens that parcels are misplaced by carriers. The deadlines imposed by the carriers imply that the Customer declares the loss within 10 days of receipt of the shipping notice from STUDIO BOHEME PARIS. Under these conditions, STUDIO BOHEME PARIS is responsible for making the necessary complaints to the carrier concerned. Once the complaint and the opening of an investigation have been made, it may take 3 to 4 weeks to get a return from the carrier.

If the package is found, it will be forwarded immediately to the Customer's home. If the package is not found, the Customer may then request the return of the same product (within the availability period), at the expense of STUDIO BOHEME PARIS, or the reimbursement of the amount paid. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, STUDIO BOHEME PARIS will reimburse the amount of the products concerned by the carrier's loss.

DAMAGED PARCELS

The Customer must check the condition of the parcel in front of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery note in the event of partial or total deterioration. In the absence of reservations, the product is deemed accepted by the Customer and cannot be the subject of any dispute concerning its delivery. The Customer must inform STUDIO BOHEME PARIS by e-mail as soon as possible, so that STUDIO BOHEME PARIS can take the necessary measures as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 9: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the Customer has, in accordance with Articles L 121-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal. without having to pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products concerned. This period runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the Customer.

STUDIO BOHEME PARIS suggests that the Customer return their products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing them, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss of that commodity. In all cases, the return is made at the Customer's risk. It will be the customer's responsibility to retain any proof of return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products on the site can be returned, except those marked to the contrary. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any damage, however minimal, and in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of transport costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer. The customer can also receive a credit for the sums paid to be used on a future order. The credit note is valid for 6 months and available online in the customer's account. ARTICLE 10: GUARANTEES

All products benefit from the legal warranty system, provided that use has been normal and maintenance advice has been followed.

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (article L 217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 and following of the Civil Code). The good is in conformity with the contract if it meets in particular, where applicable, the following criteria:

1° It corresponds to the description, type, quantity and quality, in particular with regard to functionality, compatibility, interoperability, or any other characteristic provided for in the contract;

2° It is suitable for any special use sought by the consumer, made known to the seller at the latest at the time of the conclusion of the contract and which the latter has accepted;
