Free standard delivery in France & Belgium on orders of €100 or more.

Return policy:

You have fifteen days from receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not to your satisfaction. Clothing must be in its original condition: unwashed, unworn and unstained. The labels (fabric and cardboard) must not have been removed. Please ensure each item is returned in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund.

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you require a different size, style or colour, simply place a new order via the online shop.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 - For returns within mainland France, a fee of €4 will be automatically deducted from your total refund. To arrange your return online, simply contact us, stating your order number and the number of items to be returned, and we will send you a prepaid return label: contact@studioboheme-paris.com

Please ensure you include the delivery note you received in your parcel with your return. This note will enable our logistics team to identify your order. If you have lost the delivery note, simply write your name and order number on a piece of paper.

We advise you to keep the proof of dispatch for your parcel.

 - For returns from outside mainland France, you are responsible for the return postage. You will need to pay any customs duties before sending your return parcel.
